Learn all about buying a house! This workshop with special presenter Juan Alfaro of the Detroit Hispanic Development Coalition will cover mortgages, land contract, the Detroit Land Bank, and buying from private owners.
Congress of Communities holds monthly Southwest LEARNS workshops on topics of interest to local residents. LEARNS stands for Leadership Education About Resident Needs and Safety. In November, join us for a presentation from the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services to learn more about vaping, and its effects on people and community. There will be a free pizza dinner, children are welcome to attend and we will have childcare available if needed, and there will be Spanish translation.
