We welcome your comments and contributions. This forum provides an opportunity to ask questions and get help on your projects, as well as share your knowledge and experience with others, all with the goal of helping people rehab Detroit one building at a time. To maintain a respectful dialogue, we've posted the guidelines of our comment policy below:

1. Stay focused. All viewpoints are welcome, but comments should remain on the topic set by the original post or discussion question.
2. Be respectful. Personal attacks, profanity, and aggressive behavior are prohibited. Instigating arguments in a disrespectful way is also prohibited.
3. No spam. We welcome the expertise of people who have businesses and services related to building rehabilitation and repair. At the same time, we expect that the bulk of your contributions will be informational, not self-promotional. Aggressively promoting services or products is prohibited. Repeated posting of identical or very similar content is also prohibited. 
4. We retain the discretion to determine which comments violate our comment policy. We also reserve the right to remove violations. We expect all contributors to be respectful.
