This moment asks us to rethink what we thought to be true- and in many ways is giving us space to pivot and plan for the future. Join Margo from DCWF to learn how to use the Business Model Canvas to help you pivot your co-op, or start a new project in a response to community needs. This workshop will also provide groups with worksheets that groups can use in their own planning.
This is open to collectives, democratic groups, and people thinking about starting a cooperative.
