Are you currently working on a historic, or older, home? Are you a life-long Detroiter hoping to improve the home you’ve been living in? Are you a prospective first-time home buyer and looking in Detroit, Hamtramck, Highland Park? Have you already been working on homes for some time, but want to brush up on your skills?

About the Facilitator:
Phil Mayo is a partner at Place Restoration Works, also working as an independent contractor in Detroit doing exterior restoration and maintenance. He restores windows in his spare time. A painter by trade, Phil has been involved in preservation trades since relocating to Detroit in 2015. He is a member of the National Association of Window Restoration Specialists and an affiliate of the Window Preservation Alliance. When he’s not making old things new, Phil enjoys running, reading and supporting Tottenham Hotspur.
