Rehabbed and Ready welcomes aspiring homeowners looking for a move-in ready house. Join the Detroit Land Bank Authority online for virtual tours and to learn more about the purchasing process. This is a chance to get your questions answered by the experts. We'll host two virtual sales events every week on Wednesdays at 5 pm and Saturdays at noon. Rehabbed & Ready is a housing rehabilitation program that aims to stabilize neighborhoods and improve market values, while simultaneously making it possible for both current and aspiring Detroit residents to purchase a move-in-ready home. The program reactivates publicly owned houses in Detroit neighborhoods by completely replacing all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems while still retaining the character of the houses through licensed contractors.
