Session 1:
Wednesday, December 2nd, 4:00p–6:30p
- Facilitated conversation among Detroit's community development stakeholders and our young leaders in social justice, the arts and placemaking, and civic nonprofits
- Discussion: A global pandemic, a national racial reckoning, a new USA President, an upcoming Mayoral election: what changes are needed in our neighborhoods starting 2021?
Session 2:
Thursday, December 3rd, 4:00p–7:00p
- Breakout group discussions followed by a plenary discussion on priorities and next steps:
- Policies, Politics and Advocacy for our Neighborhoods
- Development in our Neighborhoods
- Justice and Police Behavior in our Neighborhoods
- Equity and Vacant Property in our Neighborhoods
- A Session Designed, Managed and Facilitated by Detroit's school-age youth
