Building Community Value's staplee 6-session property development training program encourages resident-led neighborhood revitalization efforts by teaching Detoiters the basics of home & commercial rehabilitation projects: acquisition, financing, & project management.
The application period for the Fall 2020 cohort of Better Buildings, Better Blocks with Building Community Value is now open. They will accept applications until 11:59 pm on August 15, 2020. The course fee is $100 for individuals and $200 for those who are sponsored by an organization.
