As part of Blight Boot Camp, Brick + Beam Detroit will present a workshop on home inspection that will help you answer the question: What am I getting into? Don Randazzo, a professional home inspector with experience restoring older and historic homes, will tell you what you need to know before you buy and address questions such as:
- How can I estimate what this project will cost / if it's in my price range?
- What are some important things to look out for that are easy to miss?
- What projects should I prioritize? What projects can wait?
- What work should I hire a contractor to do? What work can I do myself?
