Our house is a pretty old house. Me and my husband found this house through The Detroit Landbank. It was miss treated and used for a dumping ground. It's nice and big for my little family. It needs a little love and attention, so does the block that its on. Contractors for roofing and gutters is at the top of the list at this time.
Projects
So far we made it liveable. We did a lot of the work ourselves with the help of friends and family. We had a lot of plumbing, electrical, and cosmetic work to do. We are currently stuck an roofing and gutters.
