Purchased at tax auction 2015. House was open at the time.

Repaired porch damage from car crash. Hired contractor.
Porch was originally "slab on pallet" design. Replaced with poured concrete on fill. I am happy with it. Original brick manufacturer (Belden) still in business.
Contractors made sure to take scaffolding home at night. Thieves stole some lumber and plastic buckets
