I requested a refund for a concert ticket through Xcel Energy Center’s customer service after the event was postponed, but I’ve heard nothing back. I used their online form and sent a follow-up email, but there’s been no confirmation or update. Since a refund is time-sensitive, I’m worried I’ll miss out. Did anyone here get a refund after being ignored? What finally worked?

Hello!
I was in the same situation after a postponed hockey game and submitted my refund request via https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/xcel-energy-center/customer-service.html , including my order number and event date. When I didn’t hear anything after a few days, I submitted the form again with a shorter message stating it was a follow-up. This time, I got a response with instructions for submitting my original ticket stub. A refund was issued shortly afterward. It seemed that a polite follow-up after the first attempt helped prompt their action.
