Which contractor repairs hole in flooring under toilets?
House is a duplex (c. 1910) in historic district. Two bathrooms have rotted, water-damaged subfloor/joist underneath toilets, and one bathroom has damage where handyman cut holes in floor to repair plumbing under clawfoot tub & toilet. There are other rehab issues, but need to begin somewhere.
