Has anyone here worked on making product guides more accessible? We got feedback from users who said our font was too small and that the docs didn’t work well with screen readers. One person even emailed to say they couldn’t zoom in on the PDF! I really want to improve this, but I’m not sure where to start. How do you make your guides as accessible as possible?

I’ve run into this too—accessibility is a huge deal, and I think a lot of us overlook it at first. What really helped was researching accessibility standards and then moving to a tool that supports them. I found that https://www.helpsmith.com could help by making sure guides were readable on different devices, allowed for zooming, and worked well with screen readers. Using simple layouts, high-contrast colors, and proper headings makes a big difference. I also ask users for feedback—sometimes they spot things I’d never notice. Have you tried accessibility testing tools yet?
