Hey all — had something throw off my login too during a market dip, and I couldn’t even check my balance afterward. Ended up looking through recent robinhood reviews where a bunch of users mentioned issues around locked accounts and slow responses. One post mentioned sending follow-ups daily with a ticket number included each time, so I did the same through their help center. Eventually someone replied asking for confirmation again, and a couple of days later the account was reactivated. Took some patience, but repeating the request seemed to speed things up.
