I shared feedback on a feature story in Reader’s Digest online and submitted my review, but it never appeared on the site. I checked my account the next day, refreshed the page, and retried the form without success. I then reported the problem with my username, the submission date, and a screenshot of the blank “My Reviews” page via their feedback link, yet there’s been no update. Has anyone finally seen their Reader’s Digest review go live and what exact steps encouraged their team to publish it?
