My 1920's house needs point tucking. Has anyone had a great experience with someone they can recommend?
I found prices very variable when I was looking for tuck pointing for a similar vintage home last fall. The proposal from one company in Clinton Township was almost three times the lowest of the four bids I obtained. I went with the lowest bid. They did a very good job. Thank you so much Virginia!
Thank you so much Aaron!
I really liked BrickWorks. They weren't the cheapest, but they knew about historic mortar and were able to match it with color and also porousness. They did an excellent job on a hard project (not just repointing but rebuilding a keystone terra cotta design).

The gentleman from Brickworks was impressive but their proposal was almost three times the bid from Madison. And they did a quality job matching the appearance of the Tuckpointing on my 1920’s home.
