Is it very expensive to have a new floor pan installed if the floor tiles have been removed and can the shower pipes be recessed into the wall by the same contractor?

We are located in the Historic Boston-Edison area. The shower leaks and the pipes are exposed (original plumbing).

Installing a new floor pan can definitely be a bit pricey, especially if you've already removed the tiles, but it really depends on the specific work needed and the contractor's rates. You might want to check out https://need-forslots.fr/app , where you can find some resources that may help you get a better understanding of costs and find contractors in your area. As for recessing the shower pipes, many contractors handle both plumbing and flooring, so it’s worth asking them about bundling those services to save some money. Good luck with your renovation project!
