WE ARE IN NEED OF A HANDFUL OF INSPECTIONS [ELECTRICAL, HVAC, REMEDIATION] BEFORE WE CLOSE ON OUR CHURCH! ANY ADVICE?

There are several electrical issues, including loose wires, open grounds, miswired outlets in offices, and missing main slot covers on main.

[HVAC] - Visible cracks in furnace heat exchangers at the back and top. Gas leaks at boiler valve and furnace valve.

[REMEDIATION] - Remove mold and asbestos tiles in the lower level/ basement.
