Juggling a new project deadline and family commitments, I set up email alerts on Indeed for “remote marketing manager” roles. Despite several matching postings going live this week, I never received any notifications. I checked my account settings, reverified my email address, and even created a fresh alert—but still nothing landed in my inbox. I submitted my alert name, email address, and a screenshot of the empty alert page via the help form but got no reply. Has anyone restored silent job alerts on Indeed and actually started receiving postings again? Which exact details convinced their team to fix the issue?
