Hey Rachel,
I don't think there's a one-stop shop for this!
For the tub, and maybe windows I would call Architectural Salvage Warehouse: They have both a lumber warehouse and reclaimed stuff warehouse, both by appointment: aswdetroit.org
Woodward Throwbacks also has reclaimed items, not sure about bathtubs: https://www.woodwardthrowbacks.com/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI2Z7UybGk6AIVjP7jBx0Z5wQFEAAYASAAEgICCvD_BwE
I don't often recommend a used water tank or furnace since they are usually out of warranty, and if they've been taken out they are often past their usefulness. BUT Hamtramck Hardware sometimes has these: Hamtramck Hardware - 11828 Conant St.
Hope these help!
