One thing that popped into my head is fire safety. You'll definitely need the right kind of doors to meet code.
Do any of you experienced folks have recommendations on finding good commercial doors? I read somewhere that hollow metal doors are a common choice, like these ones: https://www.usafiredoor.com/commercial-doors/commercial-steel-doors/hollow-metal-doors/ , but I'm sure there's more to it than that.
Any advice on what to consider when choosing fire doors for a restaurant renovation? Feeling a little out of my depth here!
