Do I really need a permit?
Saw in your chart that accessory structures that are 1 story and 200 sq ft or smaller don't need a permit. However I need to fix up a detached garage that's 1 story but 300 sq ft. Do I still need a permit to fix up the garage? Planning only fixes, no changed walls or egresses, nothing involving electrical or plumbing.
