Are there any Home Repair Grants for First Time Homeowners in Detroit, MI.
I purchsed a home in District 5 in 2018 and it is in dire need of a roof, plastering, plumbing work, flooring, masonry, siding and structural repair. The roof is essential and I don't have 10 grand to repair it.
