Our home's clay tile roof appears to be largely in good condition, although there are a few spots where the tiles need to be reset. One spot in particular aligns with a small water spot on the inside of the roof in the attic, which is something we hope to repair ASAP, before it gets any worse. We're hoping to find someone with experience working on this type of roof to better understand the extent of repairs that may be necessary. Any recommendations are appreciated-- thanks in advance!
