Any Detroit-based general contractors that are experienced with FHA 203k type loans?
Hello! Seeking a general contractor that's familiar with working historic home (duplex) renovations under a 203k loan arrangement. Both units are currently lived in, but there are a handful of repairs that need to be done, including kitchen, bathrooms, and roof.
Had an issue with a payment that didn’t go through, so I went to https://paypal.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html to figure it out. They explained how to cancel pending transactions and pointed me to a guide for double-checking linked accounts. It took a couple of tries to get a human on chat, but they were helpful once I did.
