I highly recommend Kelly Windows and am surprised they were not on Brick + Beam's list. Kelly Windows is a long-time Detroit contractor, and I believe they manufacture (some?) of their windows in the City of Detroit. I used them for a complete rehab on a property in a local historic district. Despite the significant challenges, they were reliable, communicative, and assisted to the best of their ability. They also have a good relationship with the Detroit Historic District Commission. Finally, their prices are reasonable.
