CJ Beardslee and Expert Heating and Cooling were great to work with. They mainly work on furnaces and air conditioners. They are professional, competent, timely, and reliable. And, they are licensed within the City of Detroit. The installed two new furnaces for me for a 2-family flat. One was in the basement, and we decided to put the other in the attic. During the course of my project, which took a long time, they were patient, and provided good advice. Also, they were the same cost or less than other proposals I received for doing the same work.
This is the furnace in my attic mid-installation. They put it in a corner so it doesn't take up much space. They also installed the "hockey puck" that turns the furnace off if the furnace is in danger of freezing. They also ran the condenser coil for the future air conditioning I may install.
