We purchased the home back in February 2016. So far it has been a long road. It took us just over 4 months to clear the Title, another month to finalize the project bids and about 30 days so far to obtain financing. We had done some minor things out of pocket. We have completely gutted the property and are starting from scratch due to some water damage.

We have the entire house gutted and remediated all lead and asbestos from the property.
